A little bit about us

Hi, We are a large family of 8 but a blended family. Some days there are 6 kids, other days 3, sometimes only 2. It's a very tight schedule. My husband and I both run our company and we are open 7 days a week from 10-7 which means we can be pretty flexible but our job is also pretty demanding. I need someone who can fit into our busy schedule. Watch the babies during the day, pick up the older children from school, homework help, tidying up the home (I have a cleaning lady that comes 3x a week), and meal prep mainly for the kiddos. I know 6 kids is A LOT but they are well behaved and the older kiddos help with the babies. One of my children is high functioning autism so you do have to stay on top of him, as far as giving him a task and staying focused on that task but he is more capable than he leads on.
