A little bit about us

We are searching for a full-time nanny for our two children (a 5-year-old boy and 3-year-old girl). Our current nanny (who is fantastic) is getting her master's degree and just accepted a teaching position in Monroe.

Starting pay is $18-20 per hour depending on experience and we guarantee 40 hours per week. Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:30pm. Nanny will be a W-2 employee. 10 days of paid time off and 8 holidays per year. Our house is very close to Freedom Park. We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.

We are looking for a nanny for our 6-month-old twins in north Charlotte just south of Huntersville. We have a dog and a cat in the house, which you would not be expected to care for, but you would need to be comfortable with. I work one week on (10hr shifts Tues-Tues) followed by one week off, while my husband works a typical 9a-5p. In an ideal world we would have someone who is willing to work ~8:30-6 M-Fr one week and then part time the following week resulting in around 60-70hrs of work over 2wks. Bottle prep, loading and unloading bottle washer and helping with the boys laundry, would be expected. Huge plus if you have experience with multiples!

We are a smoke free household. Currently not allowing any screen time for our boys. We would expect anyone watching our kids to be up to date on all vaccines including flu. We are not requiring the covid vaccine. Reliability is very important to us so having your own car is a must.
