Looking for someone to help with my
5 and 10 yo.
Mon-Thursdays 3pm-8pm. Additional hours available on weekends if desired.

Responsibilities

• Pick up children from school/camp at 3:00PM and safely transport them home or to scheduled activities.

• Drive children to and from after-school activities as needed.

• Provide attentive after-school care, including preparing simple, healthy meals and snacks.

• Assist with homework, reading, and school projects when needed.

• Engage children in age-appropriate activities, games, and play that encourage learning and development.

• Promote positive behavior, kindness, respect, and good social skills while reinforcing established family routines and expectations.

• Help maintain a tidy environment by cleaning up children’s play areas, bedrooms, and common spaces used during the day.

• Assist with child-related household tasks, including cleaning lunchboxes, organizing backpacks, and preparing items needed for the next school day.

• Provide basic pet care support as needed, including feeding, letting the dog outside, and ensuring general well-being.

• Maintain a safe, nurturing environment at all times and follow all family guidelines and preferences.

• Communicate regularly with parents regarding schedules, activities, concerns, and important updates

Provide attentive, nurturing, and age-appropriate care for a 3-year-old child
Create engaging educational and recreational activities
Plan and supervise indoor and outdoor play
Read books, assist with learning activities, and encourage developmental milestones
Maintain a safe, positive, and structured environment
Support bedtime, overnight routines, and morning routines as needed
Accompany child on outings, activities, and appointments when appropriate
Meal Preparation
Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the child
Meal prep for weekends and weekday transitions
Clean up after meals and maintain kitchen organization related to childcare
Household Support

Keep play areas, bedrooms, and children's spaces clean and organized
Assist with dishes and light household tasks related to the child
Maintain organization throughout commonly used family areas
Transportation
Drive child to activities, appointments, or outings as needed
Maintain safe driving practices at all times
Requirements
Previous nanny experience with toddlers required
Experience with overnight care preferred
Strong references (3 professional references required)
Highly organized, dependable, and proactive
Ability to take initiative and work independently
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Reliable personal vehicle
