My wife stays home with our four children (3 boys, 7, 5, and almost 3, and 1 girl, 4 months), but doesn't really have any additional help while I'm at work.
The older boys are homeschooled and between that and everything else, it would be great if she had someone to help with generally keeping an eye on them or maybe helping the older ones with their schooling a few of times per week so she could get some other things done.
We're flexible on times/schedule, we just need someone who and some experience/likes working with children, seeks to have a positive attitude, and would like working with a Christian family in a similar capacity.

I have a sweet, silly, sometimes shy 3 year old who could really benefit from time spent with other kiddos. We’re ideally hoping for a nanny share. He loves time spent playing with toys, activities like painting and play dough, and having adventures outside.
