We are seeking an experienced, nurturing nanny to care for our infant daughter in our home three days per week: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, from 7:30 AM–5:30 PM (30 guaranteed hours per week).
We are looking for someone who genuinely loves working with infants and is passionate about providing attentive, responsive, and developmentally enriching care. Responsibilities will include bottle-feeding expressed breast milk, following her nap schedule, engaging in age-appropriate play and activities, and supporting her developmental milestones in a safe, loving environment.
Our daughter’s safety, well-being, and emotional development are our highest priorities. We hope to find someone who is warm, patient, dependable, and attentive, with the ability to remain calm and thoughtful in challenging situations. We value a nanny who will become a trusted, long-term part of our family and are looking for someone who can commit to at least one year.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of professional infant-care experience as a nanny
Excellent references from previous families
Non-smoking
Vaccinated
A genuine love of caring for infants and an interest in providing interactive, age-appropriate, developmentally enriching activities
Reliable, attentive, patient, and nurturing, with sound judgment and a strong commitment to infant safety
Able to commit to the Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday schedule for at least one year
Comfortable with a friendly dog (hypoallergenic)

Hubby is deploying soon in November-June 2023, so along with watching them while at work, I will need doctors appointments covered here and there until he comes back. Schedule details to be provided, but will average about 20 hours a week M-F. My rough schedule will be 7am-11:30am. Our priority is the care of our children, including their learning, development, and safety. In addition, we are requesting light household tasks such as dinner prep, vacuuming and tidying up toys. We would like to find a nanny that wants a long-term position and to truly become part of our family. We look forward to meeting and discussing further!
Additional requirements: Non-smoker, CPR/first aid certified, Covid vaccinated, clean background check, own transportation, clean driving record, and available references.
Rate: $18-$21 dependent on experience
