We're a couple who both work from home and parents to a 5-month-old. We're looking for a warm, experienced, and proactive House Manager / Nanny to join us Monday through Friday, starting at 8:30 a.m. to 4: 30 p.m. Pay is $13-16/hour, paid weekly! With a start date of as soon as you can. The role is about 50% infant care and 50% household management caring for our baby (feeding, diapering, naps, soothing, tummy time, tracking routines) while also keeping our home running smoothly (cleaning, laundry, etc). We're naturally very tidy people, so this isn't about tackling a messy home it's about maintaining one. We are only looking because of current house manager is having to leave the state on very short notice. We are looking for someone long term.

They would need to be let outside during lunch; however they are used to holding their bladder until I'm home.

My sister wants to watch my baby while I'm at work, but I would like someone to be there on days/nights when she's busy. You would receive a schedule one month at a time so that you can take extra jobs as necessary to make your money. You would not be responsible for cooking or cleaning. Just let my dogs out once to potty in the backyard while I'm working & take care of my baby when I get off maternity leave & my sister isn't around. I have a 2021 house in Riverstone Ranch Clear Creek in Pearland 77089. It's a nice 2200sqft house & you would have your own wing of the house. I have a cleaning lady who comes & would clean your room/bathroom if requested. I basically live in my room & kitchen only. I don't go anywhere else in the house & I have a nursery set up in my bedroom rn. Free laundry soap, free toilet paper & free utilities within reason. I don't have a husband or boyfriend, so there's no male living in my house. Just me & my dogs & soon to be my baby boy.

We would like someone who is available on weekends and some weekdays for 2-5 hrs per visit. Some nights may require 8pm-1am weekend visits 1-2 times a month.
Responsibilities would include normal childcare expectations (contingent on arrival time ex. Feeding, napping etc), age specific learning & activities, minimal food preparation and housekeeping. No drop-off or pick-up will be needed at this time.
