Full-Time Nanny Job: The Rider Family with 3 Children
Full-time nanny/family assistant for 3 children (including infant). Primary focus is childcare throughout the day, with responsibilities shifting based on schedules. Duties include infant care (feeding, naps, play), helping with younger child during the day, and after-school support for older child. During downtime: kids laundry, tidying play areas/kitchen resets, light meal prep, bottles. Schedule: Mon-Fri 9:00am-4:00 p.m. (35 guaranteed hrs). 1-2x/month, one day shifts later (11:00am-7:00 p.m. or 12:00pm-8:00pm) with notice. Looking for someone proactive, organized, and reliable who takes initiative. Pay: $25-$30/hr + PTO, holidays, guaranteed hours. Occasional optional travel (expenses covered).

We are looking for a nanny for our 6-month-old twins in north Charlotte just south of Huntersville. We have a dog and a cat in the house, which you would not be expected to care for, but you would need to be comfortable with. I work one week on (10hr shifts Tues-Tues) followed by one week off, while my husband works a typical 9a-5p. In an ideal world we would have someone who is willing to work ~8:30-6 M-Fr one week and then part time the following week resulting in around 60-70hrs of work over 2wks. Bottle prep, loading and unloading bottle washer and helping with the boys laundry, would be expected. Huge plus if you have experience with multiples!
We are a smoke free household. Currently not allowing any screen time for our boys. We would expect anyone watching our kids to be up to date on all vaccines including flu. We are not requiring the covid vaccine. Reliability is very important to us so having your own car is a must. Hello, my husband & I have two girls, 19 months and 2 months. I will be returning to work part time and looking for a nanny that is available from 1p-5p Mon-Fri. I prefer a bilingual (Spanish & English) nanny because I speak Spanish and want my girls to learn it as well. My girls are super sweet and very easy to work with! The nanny is welcome to supervise the girls in our home if comfortable. I would like them to be able to take a walk/play time and learn during those hours along with activities the nanny would like to enjoy. I don’t expect anything that is too strenuous for the nanny at all, just looking for an extra helping hand with the girls as I focus on work during those busy hours.
