Hi! We're Ben and Hayley. Our baby Graham joined us in July 2026, and life has gotten very full!
We're looking for help for roughly 4 hours, 3 days a week to catch up on sleep, work, and to take a little personal time. One or both of us will usually be home working/resting. We may be looking for more help long term if things go well.

Full-Time Nanny Job: The Francis Family with 2 Children
6+ week temporary engagement starts ASAP.
Weekdays 6am-8am morning routine and daycare drop-off; 3 or 4pm-7pm daycare pick-up and afternoon/bedtime routine.
Weekends fulltime support preferably 6am-7pm, but can be shortened if needed.
Two kids:
1 year old girl
3 day old boy
Both parents will be present in the home and primary childcare will be with the 1 year old girl through providing meals, playing, taking on excursions, diaper changes, nap and bedtime routines, etc. Household duties as needed include laundry, dishes, cleaning.

Our son Oliver is turning 2 in March and we need a little help with him during the week, as we are expecting a 2nd baby and dad is working weekdays. He loves to play art, music, and hangout in our fenced backyard. He also loves going to the park. We’re looking for someone we can trust with him, do basic activities. We are flexible with days and hours and would estimate a 20 hour week or half time. We may be willing to move to full time in the next 60 days depending on need/interest.
