He's stubborn and highly intelligent and needs an adult that can stay calm and avoid getting into power struggles with him. My daughter is extremely artistic and takes a while to warm up to new people. My schedule is often unpredictable but I would like someone to be with my kids to help enforce positive behaviors and accountability between 2:00-7:00 after school 5 days per week, plan fun activities to help keep them busy after school instead of sitting in front of the TV. I would also like help keeping up on some common housework so I can enjoy my time with the kids when I am home instead of having to spend all of my free time catching up on chores. I do have 2 dogs. I would love to have someone that can plan fun activities, or the park often and also help reinforce positive behaviors for them as well to reinforce the training they have been through.
