Model appropriate social behaviors to encourage children’s social and emotional development, such as developing empathy and cultivating interpersonal relationships. 4. Instruct the children to Potty Training & proper health and personal care habits. 5. Teach children safe behavior based on environmental context; for example, seek adult assistance to cross the street. 6. Perform housekeeping tasks related to the children’s care (preparing and cooking Kids meals, kids laundry, & etc). 7. Strong Communication Skills. 8. Pass background check. 10. Trainings and Certifications Such as First Aid, Infant/Child CPR, Early Childhood Education. 11. Toddlers & Pre School/Toddler Care Experience (problem solving skills). 12.
