Ideally I’d like a nanny who has an infant CPR certification. A criminal background check is 100% necessary. As I’m going to have this person around my young child and in my home without supervision. I’d also like someone who has a Covid-19 vaccine but that’s not a deal breaker. Any education with children, classes, or very long term experience with children is just an added bonus in my eyes.

We're looking for someone experienced, energetic and positive that can help us keep the little one on some structure that we have.
