Hi! We’re a family in Lancaster looking for a warm, reliable nanny to care for our daughter, who will be about 4.5 months old when care starts.
My husband and I both work from home, so we’ll be around during the day, but we’re looking for someone who feels comfortable taking the lead with her while we’re working. Most days would be focused on bottles, naps, tummy time, reading, walks, playtime, and age-appropriate activities as she grows.
We’re pretty laid-back and want whoever is caring for her to feel comfortable in our home. We’re not looking for a lot of housework, just basic cleanup related to the baby and helping keep her things organized.
We also have a very sweet golden retriever who will be around during the day, so being comfortable with dogs is important. 😊
Above all, we’re hoping to find someone who is dependable, caring, communicative, and genuinely enjoys spending time with babies.

Hi! My husband and I are looking for someone to watch our 2 year old and 9 month old starting in August at our home in West Lampeter. Our 2 year old is shy initially but gets very chatty and loves to read and play outside. Our 9 month old is a happy little guy and loves to play with his big sister! It would primarily be in the mornings until about 12:30. Our daughter will be going to preschool on Mondays and Wednesdays, so we’re currently looking for someone Tuesdays, Thursdays and Friday, but may occasionally need some help on preschool days too.
