Part-Time Nanny Job: The S Family with 3 Children
Family of 5 seeking a warm, capable nanny to assist stay-at-home mom on weekday afternoons, 3-5 days per week. We have 3 kids: boys ages 5 and 3 and a newborn girl. You'd care for the baby solo while I do school pickup, then work alongside me through the afternoon: after-school snacks and decompression for the boys, help with the baby during the afternoon/evening hours, and getting dinner on the table. We're looking for someone calm and confident with preschool/kindergarten age-kids, ideally with a background (or degree in progress) in early childhood education, child psychology, pediatric OT, nursing, or similar. Newborn experience required. Must be comfortable with dogs. $27-32 hr depending on experience. We're metro and bus accessible. Please reach out with a short intro, including your relevant experience, and availability for the school year.
Part-Time Nanny Job: The St Lawrence Family with 2 Children
I have a 13 year old daughter and an 8 year old son. We also have a one year old Irish setter. I am looking for assistance after school from around 3 pm to 8 pm two to three days a week, depending on my schedule. Some driving will be required but I can supply a car. Outside of school, my daughter's main interest is horseback riding and competes in jumper shows. My son is into soccer but also fascinated by computers already. Ideally looking for a person that would be engaging with the kids and also be willing to assist with certain household tasks such as laundry and grocery shopping.

Full-Time Nanny Job: The Rowe Family with 1 Child
Part-Time Nanny Job: The Aland Family with 1 Child
Seeking a nanny to help two working-from-home parents with our 14 month old son. We are not sure how long this stay at home order will last, and we need some help with our son in the afternoons while daycare is closed. This job is for 5 days a week, Monday through Friday, from 1 PM until 5 PM. This could end up being a 3 month or longer job depending on when the city reopens.
We have a well-behaved corgi-mix dog, so you would need to like dogs. The job includes putting our son down for his afternoon nap, feeding him dinner, reading books, taking walks, and playing with him. We are looking for 5 days a week for the time being, and then would like to be able to use you as a babysitter in the future once our kid is back in daycare.
We need you to either be able to walk or drive to our place (21st St NW and N) and to be limiting your interactions with others as we don't want to risk exposure for you or for ourselves. We hope you are staying well and healthy during the difficult time.

Full-Time Nanny Job: The Simms Family with 1 Child
Single mother who works from home seeking help starting August- September time frame. Would prefer the nanny to keep my daughter at my residence. I will be home most of the time but would be working and would need assistance during that time. The weekly hours could definitely be less than 40/week. Maybe more like 25-30 hours M-F but will vary.
