We currently are in a nanny share with another family but our nanny is moving! We are two families in Charlottesville, each with 9-month-old children (Maya, and twins Skyler & Aven). Since the children were 3 months old, we’ve successfully shared a nanny, fostering a nurturing environment where the kids have been thriving together on similar schedules.
Position Details:
• Start Date: May/June 2025, (The children will all be one years old in May.)
Schedule:
• Maya: Full-time, Monday to Friday.
• Twin Boys: Part-time, three days a week.
Location:
• Three days a week: All three children at the twin's home.
• Two days a week: Maya at her home.
• Both homes are in Charlottesville, approximately 12 minutes apart.
Responsibilities:
• Provide attentive and loving care to three infants, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Engage in age-appropriate activities to promote developmental milestones.
• Manage feeding schedules, diaper changes, and nap times.
• Maintain open communication with both families regarding daily activities and any concerns.

I am an RN currently working in Richmond and relocating to the Charlottesville area. Looking for someone that would be able to start around 7 two days a week and be able to get my 6 year old on and off the bus. Looking for someone willing to watch him until 630-7. It would be two days a week but they day would differ. Also possibly looking for someone who would be willing to watch him from 7am-630/7 pm 2 days during the summer. He’s very energetic and loves to make people laugh. I also have an 11 year old but he’s very self sufficient and wouldn’t need little to nothing. My Dad would be getting the kids when he’s done with work so end time could very well be earlier than stated. There are 2 husky pups in the house that the kids help care for and walk.
