Part-Time Nanny Needed in Franklin, TN (Flexible Schedule)

We’re a family in Franklin, TN looking for a warm, reliable, and experienced part-time nanny to help care for our two elementary-aged children (6 & 8 years old) during the school year.

Schedule:

Part-time: Monday afternoons thru Wednesday mornings

Flexibility is available

Monthly schedule will be provided in advance

Occasional overnights may be needed

Responsibilities:

Morning routine and school drop-off

Afternoon pick-up and supervision

Meal prep and snack organization

Homework help

Driving to and from sports practices and activities

Creating a safe, nurturing, and positive environment

What We’re Looking For:

Prior experience working with children

Friendly, caring, and dependable

Good communication skills

Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

CPR/first aid certified is a plus (not required)

Additional Details:

No pets in the home (but we’re pet-friendly!)

Pay is negotiable and based on experience and availability

Starting in August, I would like someone to nanny on Tuesdays between 8:45 - 4 and/or Wednesdays 9-12. I am flexible with hours on Tuesdays but would like someone to be on a consistent schedule. The nanny will not have to drive the children anywhere. I have a 6 year old daughter and 18 month old boy. My older daughter will be at school from 9-3 on Tuesdays so she will not need childcare. My youngest, 18 months, will be the one home. On Wednesday, I will be at home doing schoolwork with my oldest and will need someone to help with my youngest. We also have a dog but there are no responsibilities associated with him. I will be in and out of the house during those times.
