A little bit about us
We live in Cool Springs, Franklin, Tennessee. Our boys are Jackson (11), Theo (6), and Logan (5). Jackson is kind and gentle, has mild autism, uses a language app to communicate, and has an active IEP. He loves nature, museums, and throwing the ball with Bailey, our black lab. Theo is curious and caring and loves reading and building. Logan is outgoing, adventurous, and full of imagination. All three are active in our church and youth ministry.
Our home runs on structure and warmth. Wednesday is homemade cheeseburger sliders. Thursday is homemade pizza. We watch Formula 1, build Legos, play Monopoly, and explore museums and restaurants and travel whenever we can.
Daily responsibilities include morning help getting the boys ready and out the door to school, school pickup, after school activities, occasional meal prep, bath and bedtime routine support, laundry, and light tidying. Jackson occasionally needs transportation to speech therapy. This is not a live-in position, but you will be fully woven into the rhythm of this family.
If you lead with patience, love kids deeply, and want work that actually matters, I would love to connect.

We will need help 4 days a week, Tues -Fri 7am-4pm. Th
Our son is a vibrant, silly, adventurous spirit who loves people! We live on 15 acres and encourage outdoor time with walks, playing on the swing-set, and games to keep him engaged and learning. Our daughter is on the move and loves to be part of whatever big brother is doing!
We would love someone who loves Jesus, is extremely energetic and positive, willing to help with daily household tasks (dishes, kids laundry, general tidying), educational activities, enjoys going outdoors multiple times a day, and is comfortable going on indoor outings with both babies. We would love for someone to be part of our family long term, and grow with us and our children!
