Our daughter is incredibly social, curious, active, and loves learning! She currently attends preschool and thrives on structured activities, outdoor play, and interaction with other children. We’re hoping to transition to a more personalized childcare environment without sacrificing her education, developmental progress, or socialization.
Early childhood education or preschool teaching experience is strongly preferred. We’re looking for someone who can create an engaging, daily routine while providing individual attention and nurturing care.
Responsibilities include:
* Planning age-appropriate educational activities, crafts, reading, music, and creative play
* Encouraging developmental milestones, independence, and social skills
* Taking her to activities, classes, parks, library programs, and regular playdates
* Preparing healthy toddler meals and snacks
* Handling toddler laundry and keeping her clothes organized
* Tidying play areas, toys, and child-related spaces
* Maintaining a consistent routine with minimal screen time
* Communicating regularly with parents about activities and progress
Our ideal nanny:
* Has significant toddler experience and preferably an early childhood education background
* Shares our Christian faith and family values
* Is CPR/First Aid certified
* Is proactive, energetic, patient, and genuinely loves children
* Is exceptionally reliable, punctual, and consistent
* Has reliable transportation and a clean driving record
* Has strong references and is willing to complete a background check

**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–4 p.m.
We have two dogs, so you’ll need to be comfortable around them. My husband works from home in his office. We also have a 4-year-old, but care for her is not part of this position.
During Chloe’s naps, we’d appreciate help with baby-related tasks such as running the bottle washer, preparing baby food, and occasionally doing her laundry. We’d love someone who enjoys taking her for stroller walks and park visits and is comfortable with me nursing her occasionally on days I work from home (likely about once a week).
There’s no anticipated need for driving Chloe or handling drop-offs or pickups. You’ll need reliable transportation to and from our home.

Our son is a vibrant, silly, adventurous spirit who loves people! We live on 15 acres and encourage outdoor time with walks, playing on the swing-set, and games to keep him engaged and learning. Our daughter is on the move and loves to be part of whatever big brother is doing!
We would love someone who loves Jesus, is extremely energetic and positive, willing to help with daily household tasks (dishes, kids laundry, general tidying), educational activities, enjoys going outdoors multiple times a day, and is comfortable going on indoor outings with both babies. We would love for someone to be part of our family long term, and grow with us and our children!
