Hoping to only need 2 days a week but they would be recurring days on a weekly or biweekly basis. We would prefer in home (ours or theirs). My son is a busy toddler who likes to be active and loves all things sports. We are looking to maintain some consistency as he has only had our parents as child care until now. Our daughter is still little and requires the typical things of a baby under 1! We prefer someone who has reliable transportation and is comfortable driving the kids. In addition minor meal prep may be needed and must be comfortable around a pet (we have a kitty that hides all day but may come out if comfortable).

Gideon is 16 months old, he’s extremely active and loves to be involved and included in everything. He is willful and smart, gentle, and sweet. He loves animals and the outdoors. He listens to music more often than he watches tv and he can’t help but dance. He keeps a good beat and is often right on key when singing along. We live on a large property with a pond and have two dogs, a German Shepherd named Deputy, and a Saint Bernard named Lieutenant, as well as Ruby the ferret, and Gus the cat. There are chickens and ducks that come and go from the coop as they please - so being comfortable around animals is non negotiable. Also, as our property is on water, does not have the easiest terrain, and is heavily wooded, a general knowledge of the elements and ability to swim, first aid, and CPR are required. Aside from nurturing Gideon’s health and brain development, some light housework, public outings, or errands may be requested, so safe and reliable transportation will also be necessary.
We are looking for somebody who may be able to work varying days/hours if the need should occur. We’d like to start at 12-16 hours each week, and perhaps move into full time.

The older kids would all be to school at 8:15am so it would be my youngest here until you drop him off at 1pm to preschool ( 5 min from my house)
