* A proactive approach to development, with daily play and stimulation suited to each baby’s age and milestones, and a good understanding of how each twin is progressing
* A warm, nurturing and patient personality who creates a calm, secure environment for the babies
* Consistency and structure, with reliable routines for feeding, naps and play, while staying flexible as the twins grow
* Open, honest communication, including daily updates and a collaborative approach with us as parents
* Respect for our parenting choices, with a willingness to follow our guidance and share ideas
* Reliability, good judgment and a calm manner under pressure
* Infant CPR and first aid certification (or willingness to obtain it)
