We are a warm, respectful, and organized family looking for a reliable, proactive, and long-term Live-in Family Assistant to help keep our home running smoothly.
This is not just a nanny position. We are looking for someone who enjoys creating a well-organized home environment and becoming a trusted part of our family.
Responsibilities
* Safely drive our three children to and from school and activities.
* Primarily care for our twin toddlers before and after school, and provide occasional support for our older child when needed.
* Prepare healthy family meals.
* Grocery shopping, errands, and keeping the kitchen well organized.
* Laundry, folding clothes, and maintaining household organization.
* Light housekeeping and daily tidying (we have additional help for deep cleaning).
* Help maintain daily routines and ensure our home stays clean, calm, and well organized.
* Work closely with our family to support a positive, peaceful, and balanced home.

* An experienced and confident driver with a clean driving record.
* Kind, patient, and genuinely enjoys being around young children.
* Organized, detail-oriented, and able to take initiative.
* Comfortable cooking healthy home-style meals.

Every Thursday and Friday Plus two weekends per month Weekend dates will vary by month Childcare is the top priority: ensuring safety, emotional well-being, engagement, and healthy development. No screen time or electronics around the children except in emergencies.

We do travel occasionally, so valid passport is definitely a plus!
