A little bit about us
I need someone to be with him while I'm at work. We live with my mother, so a family member will be home with you. I'd like him to be with someone who will hang out with him outside in the backyard, take him on strolls around the neighborhood and through nearby parks, make sure he's being fed, and is also maintaining his very loose nap schedule. He has a play gym with lots of development toys that can be utilized when my mom isn't zoning out on the tv. I'm struggling to limit screen time while my mom cares for Lucas.
I come home on my lunch break to try and nurse him. You can take an hour break for lunch and are not required to be onsite at that time. But you can also stay and I'll provide lunch, if you'd like to take your break in our backyard or something. Parking can be difficult due to street sweeping on Wednesday and Thursday.
I'm open to part time or full time help. Critical days are Monday through Wednesday from 8am to 3pm.
This is a live-out position.
Also we have a couple dogs and cats. The dogs are old and good with the baby. The cats are getting better but mostly avoid him. No pet care is required but the big dog is sweet and loves a good tummy rub if you feel inclined.

I will be working from home but can’t be distracted by the baby. I am on calls most of the day with executives so it is important for me to stay focused.
I do have a small fog (Yorkie) so you must be dog friendly. She is the sweetest dog. Calm, friendly and doesn’t get in the way.

We have a 3-month-old son Kit who is a very sweet, interactive little boy who loves to "chat" and be played with!
We are looking for part-time care as I head back to work in January. My husband and I both work from home but would love extra assistance with our sweet little boy!
