A little bit about us
We are in search of a nanny with light housekeeping duties for 4 boys. We are located in north Irvine near Tustin.
The two eldest boys (Dominic 13 & Niles 11) are self sufficient and just need school pick-up and drop-off.
The two youngest boys (Julian 6 & Oliver 4) are also good playing on their own, the main thing is school pick up and preparing lunch.
This role could be full time, however, we need someone ASAP so we are also open to a temporary care giver while we search for a permanent nanny.
Please message for more details!

Hi everyone!
We’re looking for a part-time nanny to help care for our newborn, who is expected to arrive at the end of July/early August. This would start as a full-time position since we are first time parents and could use all the guidance and help we can get, but it will end up being part time after the first month or two. We are hoping to find someone flexible and reliable since the schedule may vary depending on our work commitments.
We’re based in the Tustin/Irvine area and would love to find someone nearby who has hands-on experience with newborns and has a warm, calm presence.
Ideal Start Date: Early to mid August (with some flexibility for the right person)
Schedule: Part-time, flexible hours; will vary week-to-week
Pay: Competitive and based on experience
Required Qualifications We’re Looking For:
Experience caring for newborns and infants
Infant CPR and First Aid certified
Up-to-date on vaccinations (including Tdap, flu, and COVID)
Comfortable with a variable schedule
Reliable transportation
Willing to undergo an extensive background check
Strong communication skills
Gentle, nurturing, and patient demeanor
Non-smoker
Caregiver or their partner cannot work around chemicals
Nice-to-Haves:
Background in early childhood development or education
Willing to do light baby-related housework (bottles, baby laundry, etc.)
Familiarity with sleep routines, swaddling, and soothing techniques
Okay with occasional evening or weekend hours if needed
We’re a warm, laid-back family looking for someone kind, trustworthy, and nurturing. If you or someone you know might be a good fit, please reach out with your availability, experience, certifications, references, and anything else you'd like us to know. We’re excited to find someone who can become a trusted part of our little one’s world and an extension of our family!
Thank you!
