Family of three, soon to be four, looking for a nanny or nanny share to help care for our two girls in the Escondido area. Our daughter will be turning 1 in mid-June and her baby sister is due the day before her first birthday. My husband and I have been working from home since last year, but with things starting to open up that is changing quickly. My husband has started going into the office part-time this week and when I go back to work from maternity leave in September/October it will likely be a flex schedule (some days in the office and some at home).

We are looking to find a nanny that could start full time In August/September. Ideally, the right person would be able to start part-time in July to help out while I am on leave, but my husband is at work, and also to get acquainted with our little girls and their routine. Our rate would be $16-20 an hour dependent on experience.

Our ideal nanny is:

> Someone who loves working with children and has experience with infants who is compassionate, engaging, and likes to be outdoors as our daughter loves the sunshine
> CPR/First Aid Certified
> Fully vaccinated
> Comes from a smoke-free environment, likes to be physically active, and lives a healthy lifestyle
> Familiar with Montessori style child development
> Bilingual is an added benefit, but not a requirement

Duties include:

> Feeding (preparing bottles, and light meal prep for our 1-year-old – we practice BLW)
> Diaper changes
> Helping with developmental play
> Backyard play and occasional stroller walks
> Cleaning of bottles, babies’ dishes, and possibly baby laundry (while they’re napping)
> Keeping up nap routines
