A little bit about us
Hi all! Our family is looking for a wonderful nanny to join us this fall. The role is primarily caring for our sweet baby boy (born May 2026), with occasional support for our two school-age daughters (after-school help, activities, the odd pickup).
The details:
* Location: Montclair, on the Piedmont side
* 30–40 hours/week, weekdays — some flexibility on exact schedule
* Start date: late August/early September, but we are flexible for the right person
What we're looking for:
* Strong knowledge of child development — this is essential to us. We want someone who understands infant milestones and brings intention to play, routines, and learning
* Solid infant care experience
* Someone warm, reliable, and communicative who wants to become part of our family's rhythm
We'd love:
* At least 5 years experience as a full time nanny with infants
* A French speaker
* Openness to occasional international travel with our family to Canada and other locations (optional)
