A little bit about us

I have a lovely nanny who is daycare trained and has a child development degree. She's kind and is a true friend to my son. We are looking to bring in another kiddo to give my son a buddy and to help our nanny maintain her salary. We practice gentle parenting here and use a lot of Montessori concepts. We also believe in helping out around the house, like cleaning up after yourself. Let me know if we share some of these ideas.

A little bit about us

I would need a nanny 4 days a week to watch my 6 month old. Sometimes I work Mon-thurs and some weeks the days alternate MWThFr or TWThF etc . My days can fluctuate. The hours would be 10-4:30. My husband works from home and will be downstairs in his office working but can assist to break the nanny or help or answer questions if needed. The nanny would have the upper level with the baby with an available kitchen, living room and bathroom. There is a crib and changing table available and other baby gadgets on this level as well. The nanny will also have access to Netflix, Hbo Max, Hulu, cable and internet. Lastly, the nanny must feel comfortable that we do have cameras in the house. We are looking to interview and find the right nanny for our little one!
