My wife is a teacher and I am a relationships coach. Our little girl has a routine feeding/nap schedule everyday. She is easy to take care of because of this. She's a happy, go-lucky little girl!

As of right now the days would be Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. Possibly we would ask for an occasional Saturday if I need to work on the weekend but we will try to avoid that as much as possible.
We would expect our Nany not only care for our sons basic needs but to also engage with him mentally as well. We don’t want him to be glued to the TV all day. We want him playing and learning throughout the day. Someone bilingual would be great. My wife speaks Russian and English.
Light house cleaning would be required. Meal preparation would not be necessary but would be a welcome bonus.
We have 3 dogs as well but since I work from home I can do my best to care for the dogs so you can focus on baby.
