We are looking for a warm, experienced part-time nanny / mother’s helper to care for our 12-month-old daughter on a recurring basis Tuesdays, Thursdays, and alternating Fridays between the hours of 8:00 AM and 1:00 PM (10-15 hours/week). We are hoping to find someone that can make an initial 8+ week commitment beginning as soon as August 25th, with the possibility of extending indefinitely with adjusted days/hours.
For this position, you would be caring for our daughter at our single-family home near Lake Murray in La Mesa. Mom will occasionally be at home during the hours you would be working. We also have a 70-pound dog who is part of the family, so we need someone comfortable around larger dogs.

I work from home in an outdoor backyard office, and my husband is mostly out of the house.
We’ve got a very sweet Aussie Doodle and a Ragdoll cat who may try to join story time.
Our son is super chill, eats well, sleeps well, doesn’t cry unless there’s a reason. In August, he’ll be 4.5 months old - just hitting that super fun age where the baby giggles start

• Speak Spanish only with Harland
• Maintain a daily log or send texts with updates
• Light housework during naps:
• Unload dishwasher
• Baby laundry
• Keep nursery tidy
• Occasional meal prep help for us
• As he grows:
• Comfortable driving him to activities (using our car)
• Prepare healthy meals for him

We have twin girls who need care while we are at work. One of us works from home and will be in our home office working during the day while you care for the twins. The hours would roughly be 9-3 each day, and you would be responsible for feeds, diaper changes, play time, and nap time. The girls are great, happy babies. We would prefer someone with twin care experience! We are also an LGBTQ+ couple and require an ally in our home - someone who loves our family as much as we do!
