Looking for a nanny to complete our nanny share!
We are searching for a wonderful experienced nanny that wants to grow with our families over the years! Our ideal nanny will be loving, patient, and engaging, and share a common goal with us of enriching our children’s lives. Our nanny will be knowledgable in childhood development and be proactive in helping our children meet their milestones. Our nanny must be punctual and communicative, as you will be working with two families who need very reliable care.

The Situation:
-Start Date: November 1
-This nanny share is comprised of two infants (baby girl will be 4 months and baby boy will be almost 3 months when you start)
-Families live less than a quarter mile from each other in the Rolando area near SDSU - and we plan to switch houses each week
-We guarantee 32 hours of care each week. Hours are Monday-Thursday 9am-4pm, and Friday 9am-1pm
-Additional hours may be added for occasional date nights, a meeting after hours, etc.
-Besides caring for the babies, we expect nanny to help with some light housekeeping, laundry, or baby meal prep when they are sleeping
-This position is paid $20-24/hr DOE, plus paid sick, vacation, and holidays (on payroll), with guaranteed weekly hours
-Must be okay with pets: there are cats and dogs in homes (although they will not require attention)

Required:
-Experience with caring for multiple infants at once, 3 months+ (with references please!)
-CPR and First Aid Certified
-Non-smoking
-Proof of COVID Vaccination
-Reliable transportation for future trips to the park, zoo, etc.
-Willing to go through a background check
-Someone who is active and creative with play and activities for children

Preferred:
-Proficient in another language besides English
-Interested in a long-term position with our families
