A little bit about me

Hello! My name is Dina issa I’m 32 years old, I graduated at the top of my class, at ashford university and got my degree in early childhood education. I enjoy child care, because every child is different, and part of what I love about my job is that I get to help each one discover his own strengths and talents and nurture those traits through my educational approach. I've been working with kids since I was 15 and love it. I was the oldest of 6 kids, I started by watching my younger brother and sisters, and then began babysitting for kids in our neighborhood, then worked at a daycare in my high school, I decided I loved working with kids and went to college to study early childhood education, and I’ve worked at daycares, and worked with a family (of 5 children) full time for the past 6 years, but they needed to move to Phoenix ,and that’s why I am on here to find a good family. Over the last few years, I've worked primarily with infants and toddlers, but I love kids of all ages.

"I hired Dina from when my child went to the daycare that she used to work at, my son loved her so much and I asked her if I could hire her full time. She worked for my family ( of 7) for 6 years! my family was devastated when they found out we were moving away and how Dina can’t come with us or work for us anymore. She was such a huge help for all of us, my 5 children ages when she started were (6 weeks. 2.5 , 4, 9, 12) they got so close with her, they’ve never complained about her, and I instantly felt safe leaving my children alone with her. She followed all my household rules, she grew with them. She does an excellent job of doing housework, she does things without being told. she took them to practices, games, and stayed with them and was so supportive to them. My favorite thing that she did was having a weekly reward chart, This helped my little ones so much, they tried to be better, listening to parents, homework, chores, how they treat people. they just wanted to be better!"
