A little bit about me
In my last year of high school, I lived in Barcelona for a study abroad program, and I will volunteer in Seoul on an English teaching trip in September. Then I will be working on my BA in English Literature at a JC before transferring to CAL.
In addition to traveling, I love animals, the outdoors, the arts, and am a major foodie.
I can't wait to embark on an adventure with your family!

A little bit about me
,I come from a big family and have been a babysitter/nanny for quite awhile in my home town. So I have been around kids all my life as I enjoy and love hanging out and taking care of kids. Taking care and having fun with kids means a lot to me but building a connection with one another is a huge part, and the best part.
I enjoy the outdoors, sports, arts and crafts, thrifting, traveling, and just adventuring and trying new things. Not only do I enjoy hangout out with family and friends I love helping out the community in any way possible. Whether its volunteering/serving at a food bank or homeless shelter, I enjoy making a smile on someones face.
School wise, I was apart of student leadership all throughout high school. (Student Body Treasure and Class President) But I am now a college student as CSU San Marcos. I love being apart of something that makes people happy.

Understand Nanny Responsibilities in Benicia, CA
Before beginning the search for a nanny, it’s important to understand what you’re looking for and if a nanny is the right choice for your child care needs. In hiring a nanny, first, you should think through what responsibilities you expect your nanny to handle. With that information, you can create a profile so that nannies can reach out to you. The boundaries for nannies duties vary from family to family. In general, a nanny is responsible for making sure your children’s needs are met, including things like ensuring they have opportunities to play and be active. When tasks go beyond child care, for example, housekeeping or meal preparation, it’s good practice to communicate these expectations with your nanny before hiring them. Along with the different duties that you ask for, experience and location can impact how much you should pay your nanny.
Benicia Nanny Interviews
Once you start connecting with prospective nannies, the next step is a nanny interview. To make things a bit easier, here’s a list of some nanny interview questions to consider asking:
- Do you have experience being a nanny?
- How do you handle tantrums? Can you share an experience disciplining children?
- What sort of household tasks are you open to doing?
- Are you open to a live in arrangement in Benicia? Do you have experience being a live in nanny?
- Are you open to being a nanny in a nanny share?
- Do you have any references?
- Are you trained in First Aid or CPR in Benicia?
- Do you have a driver’s license in CA? Do you own a car?
- What salary are you seeking? Are you open to being paid through direct-deposit, pay stubs?
- What are your expectations around over-time pay and vacation time?
During the hiring process, it’s essential to ask for references, and by asking their references questions you gain a better understanding of they will fit in your family. As you get closer to hiring a nanny, be sure to run a background check to ensure your kids are in good hands. When evaluating a prospective nanny, it’s essential to make sure you’re setting the foundation for a good relationship with your nanny. You can do this by being clear about your expectations around nanny responsibilities and compensation, and of course, by being friendly and welcoming!
