Full-Time Nanny Job: The Symons Family with 1 Child

I have a 2 month old son and a disabled 4 year old son who wouldn’t require a nanny. I work Monday through Friday 2:30pm-11pm and rotating weekends (every 3rd weekend) anywhere from 9am-8pm. I work remote from home so I would be able to assist and give guidance/help on breaks. I work with HIPAA and patient information on phones which requires me to not have background noise. I just need someone to help take care of my 2 month old son while I work so he remains on his feeding and sleeping schedule.
