I work from home most days throughout the month but part of my role requires me to be in zoom meetings back to back typically between the hours of 9 and 3 on week days. We also have a very loud Australian shepherd in the home so finding a nanny who is comfortable around large dogs who takes some time to warm up to them is ideal.
We will sometimes have support from family members but most likely need to hire someone available 20-25 hours a week on week days ( no weekends ). I would like to have someone who has experience working with newborns, cpr/first aid certified, and ideally someone who likes to interact with him for play time, reading and cognitive learning throughout awake times.
We would need to meet with the nanny before hiring and ensure the passing of a background and drug screening are current. Looking for someone who is trustworthy, positive, and supportive to watch our son and keep him in a daily routine.

My name is Sydney and my wife's name is Dee. We are a unique two mom family with two little ones. A 14 month old boy and 13 month old girl. Yes, we each had one baby! At the same time :) I stayed home with them for the first year but we are both working full time careers now and life is getting busy.
