Hi! We’re a family in Lancaster looking for a warm, reliable nanny to care for our daughter, who will be about 4.5 months old when care starts.
My husband and I both work from home, so we’ll be around during the day, but we’re looking for someone who feels comfortable taking the lead with her while we’re working. Most days would be focused on bottles, naps, tummy time, reading, walks, playtime, and age-appropriate activities as she grows.
We’re pretty laid-back and want whoever is caring for her to feel comfortable in our home. We’re not looking for a lot of housework, just basic cleanup related to the baby and helping keep her things organized.
We also have a very sweet golden retriever who will be around during the day, so being comfortable with dogs is important. 😊
Above all, we’re hoping to find someone who is dependable, caring, communicative, and genuinely enjoys spending time with babies.

Just need a helper while I work from home. I don’t need someone with much experience, this would be a great opportunity for someone wanting to build up their portfolio. My son is a sweet 6 month old and I’m also expecting so there is increase of pay or hours as he gets adjusted.
Days would be Monday - Friday at the very least 9am- 4pm not all weeks are 5 day there are weeks depending on my schedule I would only require 4 days a week. Responsibilities would only to keep my son occupied keep an eye on him change his diaper and feed him when I’m stuck in a call. We are a loving family and love being outside and being active. I work in Philly and my husband at Hershey. Typically the days are 7a-6p. These hours vary monthly therefore you have to be flexible and willing to work weekends since sometimes we both work the weekend . There should not be overnights since we are making sure one of us is always home for overnight.
