We are starting daycare when baby is 4 months, but want to have a back up nanny option in case it doesn’t work out. Want to check out this site to get a better idea of options. I will be working from home three days a week and my husband is currently unemployed but actively looking for a job, so things are little bit up in the air. May want additional help if we don’t feel comfortable with her being in daycare all day.
