So, what are we looking for in a nanny? Above all, trustworthiness is essential to us. We want someone who treats our little one with the same love and care as if they were their own. Reliability is key, as we need to know our little bundle is in safe hands while we're away.

But don't worry, it won't be all serious business! We want our nanny to bring joy and laughter into our baby's life. If you have a playful spirit, and you love playing peek-a-boo, singing lullabies, and making funny faces, you'll fit right in!

While we want our nanny to focus primarily on our baby's needs, we'd appreciate some help with basic baby-related chores. Looking for help once per week. A typical once per week day will look like: afternoon arrival, helping organize the house, putting things away, light cleanup, possibly help with laundry. Then, child would arrive from daycare at 4pm and you would help out for a few hours with dinner, cleanup, and possibly help with night time hygiene and putting to bed. Our daughter is 2 years old, will be 3 in August. She is almost potty trained. She is at the stage where she can pee on her own but has trouble identifying that she needs to poop. She loves art activities, going to the park, or sometimes just having a chill night watching Bluey. No dietary restrictions and no special behavioral needs.

just searching for options atm. 3 days a week, dad and mom are both work from home so will be here during the day, looking at potentially 3 hours a day 5 days a week.

Part-Time Nanny Job: The Flazer Family with 1 Child

We need help in early mornings, from 515-8am about 8-10 days per month! Filling a gap in parents work schedules so it will be a rotating schedule of days every month with about 4 weeks notice of the next schedule. Pay is for full 3 hours of time. Duties included hanging out until our boy wakes up, usually around 6/615am, get him his morning milk, get him dressed for the day and play until dad arrives home to take him to daycare. No household duties other than putting toys away that were played with that morning.
We’re looking for someone that has had all childhood vaccinations, flu and are flexible on covid. We would also prefer if you can supply a reference.

This is a long term need (looking at the next 1.5 years) so we’d love to find someone to stay and grow with us!
