21 month old triplets! Super easy kiddos, we're just outnumbered! We are looking for someone to come a few days per week, in the afternoon/evenings to help Mom or Dad out when both of us can't be there. Aside from an occasional date night, one of us will typically be there, we're just looking for an extra set of hands. We also need someone to help with outings and events when only one of us can go. Hours will typically be between 3pm and 8pm, Mon, Wed-Thu, and an occasional weekend. We are a conservative family with a cozy A-frame home tucked into the woods on 13 acres. We are looking for someone who is willing to play with the kids outside as often as possible, or get excited at the idea of going to the zoo with Mom and the kiddos when Dad has work to do, or vice versa. We are very easy-going, but strong-willed. We stick with a pretty strict routine and ask that you would do the same, as apposed to "doing it your way." Routine and consistency is the foundation for raising triplets, we learned that very early on! Additional duties MAY include doing the children's laundry or washing their bedsheets, as well as feeding time and cleaning up afterwards. We are a Montessori family, so organizing their toys and resetting their environment multiple times per day is important. Washing bottles, sippy cups, dishes, even toys, etc. may also be expected. Lastly, having the energy and confidence take on the challenge to help care for triplets is the most important characteristic that we are looking for, along with the compassion to treat them as your own!
