* A proactive approach to development, with daily play and stimulation suited to each baby’s age and milestones, and a good understanding of how each twin is progressing
* A warm, nurturing and patient personality who creates a calm, secure environment for the babies
* Consistency and structure, with reliable routines for feeding, naps and play, while staying flexible as the twins grow
* Open, honest communication, including daily updates and a collaborative approach with us as parents
* Respect for our parenting choices, with a willingness to follow our guidance and share ideas
* Reliability, good judgment and a calm manner under pressure
* Infant CPR and first aid certification (or willingness to obtain it)

Hello! My husband and I are new parents looking for a full-time Nanny share for our daughter starting in mid to late January (she will be 5 months old). We live in Marina del Rey and are hoping to find another family on the westside (preferably Marina del Rey, Culver City, Mar Vista, Palms, Sawtelle, Westchester, Playa del Rey, Playa Vista, Santa Monica or Ladera Heights). Pay will be any method you prefer and consistent so you can rely on a weekly salary for at least 6 months. Paid Thanksgiving day off and one week unpaid time off between Xmas & NYE. Responsibilities: care for one toddler, no housekeeping or cleaning not directly related to his care. We will happily share more information upon request. CPR certification and Covid-19 + flu vaccination is a MUST, Non-smoker, No use of perfume, Must be on time.
