Part-Time Nanny Job: The Amorado Family with 1 Child
My family is moving to the Rogers area around July 2026, and we are in need of a part-time nanny for our to-be 1 year old daughter starting August 2026.
She is a very happy child and loves playing with anyone!
We are planning on sending her to daycare in Rogers Monday-Friday full time, but we need some help with having someone pick her up from daycare and watch her for likely a couple of hours (and sometimes with dropping her off at daycare in the morning, but it seems more likely that one of us can drop her off in the morning) as we, both parents, will be working full time jobs at hospitals and clinics in Rogers and Fayetteville. There are some days that one of the parents may be able to pick up our daughter from daycare, but our work schedules may be a little unpredictable, especially at the beginning.
If the nanny could have some availability to do some babysitting every now and then, that would also be great!

I am a single mom with a 9 yr old daughter and 7 yr old son! They are pretty laid back kids! I will be on the road a lot for my job and not always close to my children's school if something were to happen. I will need a nanny to pick up my kids from school and be with them until I get home in the evenings and sometimes have to stay with them at night if I am having to work out of town. Help with homework and possibly dinner prep. Strictly Mon-Fri. No weekends.

Usually I order DoorDash for her or heat up leftovers .bath time sometimes . Do some light cleaning (washing dishes/ cleaning after she is done playing) . Usually I need someone date nights with my husband weekdays 5 or 6pm-2am and weekends are just random times . (sometimes we don’t really even stay out late )

Ideally, hours would be 3-7 or 4-8. Punctuality is key for our family with both parents having minimal flexibility in schedules throughout the week. Looking for someone dependable and reliable. Ideal schedule for someone currently in college.
Potential for overnight stays when both parent are required to travel for work (overnight stays are not a requirement).
Possible to join our family vacations.
Both options would be up to the discretion of the nanny. All costs incurred would be covered by our family.

We are new parents looking for occasional childcare for our 4 month old son. The ideal schedule would include 2-3 times a week for a couple (4 hrs or so) in the morning so I can run errands and get things done. Also, if we have an event on the weekends they would be able to help with that as well. Light household chores would include: washing bottles and folding baby clothes.
