A little bit about us

2 loving boys Bryson and Bennet. Ben is a 19 month old that loves playing with cars and blocks. Bryson is 3 years old that loves playing with his brother and outside. Both boys are happy go lucky. Parents both work from home and pop in and out of the daycare to see the boys and help during the day. Parents work upstairs, downstairs is daycare/playroom, outside has playground with lots of toys/park equipment as well.

General things:

Care for boys
Play with boys (boys love being outside)
Feed and clean up after meal times
Children's laundry once a week
Clean up playroom at end of shift
Light cleaning of floors in playroom/meal areas once a week

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8:30-4:30.

These hours very some days with coming in at 8, or being sent home early. On average ~35 hours a week give or take.

We have two kids who keep us on our toes in very different ways: our 1-year-old is curious, mobile (walking any day now), and just starting to explore everything (so someone with real hands-on infant/toddler experience is a must), and our 7-year-old is more independent. Since this is new for our family, we'd love to start with a meet and greet and/or shorter trial visit before moving to full weekend hours, so everyone can get comfortable at their own pace. We're happy to share more about our routines, the kids' personalities, and what a typical weekend looks like once we connect.

I am going to have an extra room in my large house and I'm considering renting it out to help with finances. My soon to be ex wife is moving out the first week of April and I have my 2 wonderful kids that I am providing for. A 2 year old and 6 year old.

I am looking for a live in nanny who would get free room and board.

I am open to options but it must be someone who is kind, trustworthy, drug free, respectful and good with kids.

I figure rent would be $500 a month for a room or free for someone who wanted to be a part time nanny. The work load would be minimal, cooking/help with the kids from 5:30pm - 8pm weekdays. They could even have a full or part time job.

Basically, everything is negotiable. I just want to make sure it is someone safe and positive around my children.
