Hi my names mackie and I am a mother the the sweetest little boy Kayden. I am looking for someone who could watch him while I'm working 2-3 days a week (one week is usually two days and the next week is 3 because of custody). I am hoping to find someone who practices gentle parenting and know about the importance of attachment. I am open to do a nanny share/ or get someone who is a nanny in Tempe because that's where I work. (This would be perfect for a mother who is already staying at home with her kids and wants to watch another kid for some extra money) I hope to find a kind and loving nanny who enjoys playing and teaching kiddos.
