Part-Time Nanny Job: The Guy Family with 1 Child

Looking for a part time nanny or nanny share for our 9mo old for 2 days a week (Tues & Wed) starting Dec 2024/Jan 2025. We're looking for help during the bulk of the workday (approx 9a - 5p, with some flexibility). Both parents work at home most days, so we we'd be around to answer questions, etc. The role will purely be about watching the baby and handling baby rated things (feeding, diapers, mental stimulation and play, occasional baby laundry and baby related dishes). We ultimately want to get her into daycare for all 5 days, but only have 2 days locked in so far and are on the wait-list to get her in full time. We're imagining we'll need a nanny for anywhere from 3 - 6 months. We're a non traditional blended family (3 adults, 1 adult kid, 1 teenager, and the baby) + a small dog. LGBTQ+ friendly is a must.

Our daughter Runa will need occasional care when we are both at work. She is a happy, curious, gregarious, playful girl. She likes music and dancing, reading stories, playing outside, and toys of course. Care could be at our house or yours. Hours would be about 730am to 630pm, this Tuesday the 30th, Friday the 3rd, and Monday the 6th. We also have two dogs, but they can stay in the yard and do not need special care.
