A little bit about us

We’re looking for a reliable, caring babysitter/nanny and/or household manager who loves being outside and genuinely enjoys kids.

Looking for:
• Active, hands-on engagement
• Outdoor play most days
• Light meal and snack prep
• Possible driving to activities
• Supporting Montessori-style independence and routines
• Limited screen time
• Encouraging age-appropriate responsibilities (cleaning up toys, helping with simple tasks)
• Tidying spaces used during the day

We’re looking for someone warm, dependable, fun, active and communicative—someone who enjoys being part of a family’s rhythm and loves working with kids.

Ideally starting with a few trial hours to make sure it’s a good fit. Potential to help us make it a great summer occasional/part time or more.
