A little bit about us

I’m a stay at home mom and looking for a some extra help with the kiddos as I work on launching my side hustle and organize/clean the house. My husband works remotely from home. Flexible on time looking for around 10 am-4 pm 1-2 days per week. Looking at consist days every week such as Thursdays and Fridays flexible with hours. Looking for a start date as soon as possible. Some light tidying of the toys, unloading clean dishes/washing the baby's as well as toddlers dirty dishes. Assisting in providing toddlers simple already planned and prepared lunch, and snacks as well as engaging with the girls in fun learning activities for development. Daily infant and toddler curriculums will already be planned for the week. Mom will be available for breastfeeding on demand and able to assist with naps. We started practicing Baby-led weaning (BLW)around 6 months. We started elimination communication with the infant around 5-6 weeks. She uses a tiny potty upon waking and going down for naps we take her to use the potty. Toddler is fully potty trained. Infant has typical nap routine for her age. We don't practice a strict schedule but follow the signals when she is tired. toddler has quite time. someone who lives close with transportation ideal. There will be NO NEED to spend extra gas money on errands or transportation for the child to and from activities as all care will be provided in-home. We do have a very well-trained friendly senior Goldendoodle named Penelope
We would like the nanny to commit to a one-year position and hope the nanny will stay longer! We want you to feel comfortable and part of the family. We offer breaks and will be home to attend to immediate help if it should arise. A nanny with 2+ years of paid Childcare Experience especially with infants is ideal, open to candidates with unpaid experience and at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma. Pay depends on the nanny's child development experience, advanced certifications, and education.

Hello!! We are looking for a nanny for our 3-year-old son and 1-year-old son. We live in Ramsey and have two dogs! Currently the days I am looking for are Mondays and Fridays starting in January from 8am-4:00 p.m. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets, experienced caring for children, CPR certified. I am wanting someone who is active, likes to get outside with kids and will plan activities to do. We have two dogs in the home. Dad works out of the home, mom works from home and goes into the office on different days. We are a low key family and would love to find a nanny that our children mesh well with and could have help with possible date nights as well!! Would love to talk further!
