I am looking for a Nanny for my 2 yr old child. Our expectations are enlisted as follows:

4. Demonstrates emotional intelligence in managing difficult situations
5. Creatively and thoughtfully engages the child in activities for promoting overall growth and development
6. In addition to childcare, other responsibilities can include light housekeeping/occasional laundry. All the responsibilities will be outlined in the contract to set forth mutual expectations.
