Family Assistant / Lead Nanny
-Bachelor's Degree required, Secondary Degree preferred
-Manage the children's schedules, appointments, activities, travel, and daily logistics with parental approval.
-Serve as the primary liaison with schools, teachers, tutors, coaches, healthcare providers, and other parents.
-Oversee academic support, including homework, projects, test preparation, organization, and school performance.
-Plan and coordinate enriching educational, extracurricular, social, and seasonal activities.
-Arrange playdates, camps, tutoring, sports, birthday celebrations, and other child-related events.
-Foster healthy routines, including nutrition, hygiene, organization, and adherence to household expectations.
-Monitor screen time, technology, and social media in accordance with parental guidelines.
-Maintain organized child-related records, schedules, contacts, inventories, and purchases.
-Manage child-related shopping, including clothing, school supplies, gifts, activity equipment, and travel essentials.
-Coordinate all children's travel logistics, including itineraries, packing, and transportation.
-Provide supervision and occasional overnight care as needed.
-Collaborate closely with parents and household staff to ensure consistent routines and seamless daily operations.
-Serve as a positive mentor, encouraging independence, responsibility, and good judgment.
-Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and ensure all child-related matters are managed with discretion and professionalism.
-Manage gifting for friends' birthdays, holidays, milestones, and special occasions.
-Perform additional child-related and family support duties as assigned.
