We are still figuring it all out as I am not due until July 2023! We would just need care for the baby, but we do have cats for company! As a note, we are interested in nanny share if it were to work out with our neighbor who is due around the same time! We will likely be looking for help 3-4 days per week (no weekends). After drop off the nanny would care for Theo by helping him with activities and cognitive play. We would also require pick up of our daughters from school at 3:45pm. I would be home from work on most days around 4pm. The proposed hours would be from 7am - 4pm Mon - Fri.
We have two cats and a dog. There would be no expectation of taking care of these animals unless the nanny is comfortable with it.
