I'm currently looking for a loving, responsible nanny to care for our 5-month-old son, August, who was born prematurely. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable with a structured routine and truly enjoys engaging with infants.
Here’s what we are offering:
Guaranteed 24 hours/week pay, even if we only need 20 hours in a given week.
Half-pay if we are away for a week or more (we are not from Gainesville and travel occasionally).
4 paid days off after your first month with us—just need two weeks' notice.
$0.30/mile reimbursement if you're comfortable driving August to approved outings (e.g., library, stroller walks, etc.).
What we’re looking for from you:
Follow a consistent daily schedule (which we will provide and discuss together).
Do baby’s laundry once a week.
Provide a mix of interactive play and independent play time.
Be open to walks or library outings, depending on your comfort level.

Hello! I am full time working mother with three wonderful children. My work schedule varies as I work at a hospital (three twelve hour shifts a week plus one eight hour shift every two weeks). Currently I have family who has been helping with the children during my shifts. I need someone who is flexible on covering partial days. Mornings or evenings would be helpful. This year we transitioned from public school and now we homeschool my son. He uses miacademy online during my shifts for school work while I am gone. He is very self sufficient but he may have a question or two with the online practice lessons. My two youngest daughters are twins and they are potty trained with daycare experience. The children will need meals prepared, and have posted routines. We do have one kitten, named Princess no other pets.
