My littles are fun and fun-loving, and need a compassionate care-giver who appreciates playing games, arts and crafts, walks to our local parks, and the simple things in life. I have 3 kids -- almost 6 year old boy, almost 4 year old girl and baby girl that is 10 months old needing care Mon-Fri; possibly a split day in the fall as all are in school or preschool during the day--early morning and after school into evening but those details aren't set yet. I also have 2 teenagers (16 and 14) that may need "guidance" during the day too. Summer hours are not full time and hours would not start until 10am, late August hours would change and start earlier.
There would be drop off and pick up from school, snack prep and I have pets too. Light cleaning/pick up at times depending on the day.

To sum up our needs as young parents, we just need to start having a little time apart from the kids and be able to leave them who someone we trust and they can grow to love. Our ideal match will meet the requirements below.

-Monitored and observe children while parents are away.

Need a nanny for two very active boys. I would need someone from 4:15 to 6:15 Tuesdays which would include feeding them dinner. In addition i would need occasional date nights that will be planned and on call days that could potentially become permenant times on the weekends (most likely Saturday). During this time my husband or I will be home but busy so the kids will just need someone energetic to play with in our playroom, go on walks, play outside etc. We do have a cat that you will almost never see but just FYI for allergies.
