Looking for a nurturing caregiver for our daughter Brooke. Brooke is currently 7 months old and is an absolute joy to be around! We hope to find someone who can really connect with her and engage in fun, educational playtime! Mom works full-time remotely from home. Dad also works full time but has more in-office days and travel (occasionally will be working from home). We are looking for someone to come to our home during the hours of 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. roughly 3 days a week to care for Brooke while mom is home and working. We would like to have care on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays for the foreseeable future with some flexibility to occasionally pick up an additional day either Wednesday or Friday if needed (maximum of 4 days per week). Responsibilities include playtime, feeding, and diaper changes for Brooke as well as some light housework related to baby care e.g. bottle washing, baby laundry, cleaning highchair, and tidying play areas during Brooke’s nap times.

We are seeking a nurturing and experienced nanny to care for our daughters (ages 4 and almost 3). Our kids are energetic, creative, and love playing outside, doing art, building forts, and reading. We’re a low-screen household looking for someone who’s engaging, kind, and reliable. One parent works from home in a separate space, while the other parent splits their time between work travel and working from home in a separate office space. We value open communication and a calm, structured atmosphere.

● Proven experience as a nanny or childcare provider, with a strong understanding of child development.
● Comfortable with dogs. We have 3 dogs, but will not be the responsibility of the nanny. They remain with their parents in their offices.

● First aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
● Familiarity with Waldorf educational philosophy and principles is a plus.
Hours/Schedule
~15–20 hours/week following a biweekly A/B schedule (some of the hours can be flexible with start/end times)
