Hi there, we've got 1 four-month old boy and are looking for someone to come take care of him 3-4x a week, for about 4-5hrs at a time. Mom and Dad work for nonprofits and educational institutions and are home most of the time - we just need an extra pair of hands! The role encompasses approximately 40 hours per week, likely with extended hours from Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays and shorter hours on Mondays and Fridays. In the late Fall, we will likely be moving to Marin. However, if we have a good arrangement, we'd love to extend the offer to continue to support us in Marin is that is of interest to you! The Role: Primary responsibility is caring for our 4-month-old, ensuring their well-being, safety, and happiness. Establishing and maintaining a consistent schedule and routine. Basic meal preparation and feeding. Light laundry duties in our shared unit. Taking our senior dog out 1-2 times daily to use the bathroom (no need for walk, just needs to release!) Please note: Mom will be primarily working from home (occationally dad too). If you have previous experience with infants, we would love to hear from you!

We do have a dog and while he is friendly he needs to be separated from our daughter as she is allergic and breaks out if he licks her. He is not a big fan of change and new people in the home and may bark a lot, this is why our preference would be not in our home if possible.
